Another meet, another handful of records by Mankato West swimmer Danielle Nack.
The junior set or was part of four Big Nine Conference records and one pool record Saturday at the 2012 Big Nine Conference Championships at the Minnesota State pool.
Her first Big Nine mark came in the 200-yard freestyle where finished first in 1:54.11. The previous record of 1:55.16 was set by Jenny Shaughnessy of Rochester John Marshall in 2003.
In her next event, the 100-butterfly, Nack set both the Big Nine and MSU pool record with a winning time of 54.96. She set the previous pool record of 55.13 last year and broke the Big Nine mark of 58.12 set by Allison Schumacher of RJM in 2010.
Nack then joined with Nicole Lohman, Madi Bacon and her sister, Chantal Nack, to set a Big Nine record in the 200-free relay. The foursome clocked a 1:39.45 to better the previous mark of 1:40.22 set by RJM in 2011.
In her final event, Nack joined with the same three swimmers to set a Big Nine record in the 400-free relay of 3:38.48. The previous mark of 3:39.11 was set by Rochester Mayo last year.
