MSU football team to host NCAA D-II semifinal

MANKATO — The Minnesota State football team will host Valdosta State (10-2) on Saturday in an NCAA Division II semifinal playoff game at Blakeslee Stadium.

The game time is tentatively scheduled for 2 p.m. The game will air on the ESPN family of networks.

Tickets for Saturday’s game go on sale today. Fans may purchase the tickets on www.msumavericktickets.com.

Additionally, the Minnesota State men’s and women’s basketball games against Upper Iowa scheduled for Saturday have been pushed back. The women’s game will now start at 6 p.m. and be followed by the men’s game at 8 p.m.
