Rice County sheriff looking into identifying burned body

CANON CITY TWP. — Rice County sheriff's investigators are working to identify a body found in a burned car.

Authorities say the body was discovered Sunday in the vehicle in rural Cannon City Township.

WCCO-TV (http://cbsloc.al/M1GoTK ) reports the Minnesota Regional Medical Examiner's Office is conducting an autopsy.
