ANOKA —
Sheriff's officials in eastern Minnesota say they've made an arrest in the death of a teen whose body was found concealed in a
car at an impound lot.
Anoka County sheriff deputies say a 23-year-old Woodbury man is in custody for the murder of 18-year-old Brittany Clardy. Her body was
found in a car in a Columbia Heights impound yard Feb. 21, eight days after the vehicle was towed there from Brooklyn Park.
Sheriff's officials say search warrants were executed in Woodbury and Brooklyn Park Wednesday which gave deputies probable cause to make an arrest. Deputies say the suspect has numerous arrest warrants from Georgia.
