MANKATO — Minnesota prosecutors have filed felony charges against a woman accused of posting a sex video of her boyfriend with another person online.
Dakota County authorities say 21-year-old Kayla Jo Henry-Heagle was seeking revenge after discovering the video on her boyfriend's cellphone. Prosecutors say Henry-Heagle knew the girl with her boyfriend and two others in the video were minors.
The St. Paul Pioneer Press (http://bit.ly/W765os ) says one of the girls in the video called police after learning it had been posted online.
Henry-Heagle is now facing charges of distributing child pornography. Prosecutors have also charged the man they say recorded the video with making pornography using minors. A message left for Henry-Heagle was not immediately returned.
