ST PETER — Erica K. Burg and Joshua B. Spiess were married Aug. 22 at Jesus Assembly of God in St. Peter. Pastor Kenny Fuller officiated.

Parents of the couple are Keith and Larinda Burg of North Mankato and Larry and Kim Spiess of Mankato.

Matron of honor was Joyce Whitney and best man was Matt Morris.

Bridesmaids were Lindsay Howk, Mallory Kind, Tiffani Crawford and Gretchen Spiess.

Flower girls were Glory Fuller and Alexa Spiess and ring bearer was Caleb Fuller.

Groomsmen were Donny Spiess, Travis Burg, Joshua Crawford and Corey Keene.

The bride is a 2004 graduate of Mankato West High School and a 2008 graduate of Minnesota State University. She is pursuing employment as an elementary education teacher.

The groom is a 2004 graduate of Mankato East High School and a 2009 graduate of MSU and Winona State University. He is employed as a business education teacher at East Central School in Finlayson.

A reception was held at the Country Inn & Suites in Mankato. Following a trip to Hawaii, the couple is home in Pine City.
