GOOD THUNDER — Ashley Rae FitzSimmons and Louis Charles Olsen were married Oct. 24, 2009 at St. John Lutheran Church in Good Thunder. Rev. Rudolph H. Maurer, Jr., officiated.
Parents of the couple are Kevin and Christine FitzSimmons of Good Thunder and Louis and Dorothy Olsen of Kenosha, Wis.
Maids of honor were Jessica FitzSimmons of Fargo, N.D., and Megan FitzSimmons of Good Thunder, and best man was Ross Cornell of Seattle.
Bridesmaids were Katie Leiting of Kenosha and Angelyn Faust of New York. Personal attendants were Heather FitzSimmons of Mankato and Ann Thomas of Amboy.
Groomsmen were Charlie Kinzie of Chicago, Nick Leiting of Kenosha and Mike Brown of Vernon Hills, Ill. Ushers were Dan Cozine of Rochester and Brian Sweeney of Washington, D.C.
The bride is a 2002 graduate of Maple River High School and a 2006 graduate of Minnesota State University. She is employed as an actor in the Seattle area, and as a teacher and choreographer for Youth Theatre Northwest.
The groom is a 2001 graduate of Tremper High School in Kenosha, and a 2005 graduate of MSU. He is employed by Enterprise Rent-A-Car, and is an actor in the Seattle area.
A reception was held at the Country Inn & Suites in Mankato, and a Halloween masquerade reception was held at Kemper Center in Kenosha. Following a trip to Riviera Maya, Mexico, the couple is home in Bothell, Wash.
