Jane Elizabeth Maschka and Brian Howard Weaver were married July 11, 2009 at St. John the Baptist Catholic Church. Father John Kunz officiated.

Parents of the couple are Jerry and Kathleen Maschka of Mankato and Howard and Jeanette Weaver of Atmore, Ala.

Matrons of honor were Sarah Maschka of La Crosse, Wis., and Kristin Maschka of Pasadena, Calif., and best man was Scott Wynn of Pensacola, Fla.

Bridesmaids were Nell Keenan of Las Vegas, Jill Zimorski of Washington D.C., and Lisa Ewart of Washington, D.C. Junior bridesmaids were Kate Hitchcock and Loryn McMurphy.

Flower girls were Kyra Hansen and Abby McMurphy.

Groomsmen were Rodney Weaver of Pace, Fla., Dave Kinman of Atmore, Mike Thead of Pensacola, Brian Hansen of La Crosse and David Hitchcock of Pasadena. Junior groomsman was Jack Hansen.

The bride is a 1995 graduate of Mankato East High School, a 1999 graduate of the University of Virginia and a 2004 graduate of Harvard Law School. She is employed as an associate at the Law Firm of Halleland, Lewis, Nilan, and Johnson in Minneapolis.

The groom is a graduate of Escambia County High School in Atmore and a 2005 graduate of the University of Alabama. He is employed as a teacher at Phyllis Wheatley Community Center.

A reception was held at the Alltel Civic Center in Mankato. Following a trip to Mexico, the couple is home in Golden Valley.
