Jorgenson — Vechart
Katie B. Jorgenson and Andrew P. Vechart were married July 4, 2009 at St. John Lutheran Church, Waseca. Pastor Nancy Hansen and Pastor Vicki Hultine officiated.
Parents of the couple are Darwin and Beth Jorgenson of Janesville and Peter and Judy Vechart of Brillion, Wis.
Maid of honor was Maria Bergene, matron of honor was Miaja Jorgenson and best man was Daniel Vechart.
Bridesmaids were Lindsey Vechart, Lindsey Johnson and Amy Jorgenson. Usherettes were Maria Mulcahey and Erin Svoboda.
Flower girls were MaKenzi Glass, Emma Vechart and Anna Vechart.
Groomsmen were Daniel Jorgenson, Derrick Weber, Alex Cowan and Chris Verink. Ushers were Sean Mulcahey and Derrick Hebrink.
The bride is a 2002 graduate of Janesville-Waldorf-Pemberton High School and a 2008 graduate of the University of Wisconsin-La Crosse. She is employed as a registered occupational therapist at Kindred Hospital in Waltham, Mass.
The groom is a 2004 graduate of Brillion High School and a 2009 graduate of the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee. He is a student at MIT in Cambridge, Mass.
A reception was held at the Holiday Inn in Mankato. Following a cruise to the Caribbean, the couple is home in Waltham.
