Marta Peters and Sebastian Carden were married Sept. 13, 2009, at Wente Vineyard in Livermore, Calif. Father Robert Dittmer officiated. Parents of the couple are Chuck and Jo Ann Peters of rural St. Peter and Donald and Ines Carden of Columbus, Ga. Maid of honor was Becky Blank of Nicollet and best man was Rick Caldwell of Atlanta. Bridesmaids were Andrea Dallmann of Nicollet, Sabrina Carden of Atlanta, Katie Cote of San Jose, Calif., and Barbara Ruggiero of Sacramento, Calif. Flower girls were Grace Peters of rural St. Peter and Maya Sorensen of San Jose, and ring bearer was Spencer Carden of Columbus. Groomsmen were Jon Keen of Atlanta, Dr. Michael Farias of Cambridge, Mass., Nick Peters of rural St. Peter and Lamar Lee of San Jose. The bride is a 2001 graduate of Nicollet High School and a 2006 graduate of the University of Wisconsin-Stout in Menomonie, Wis. The groom is a 2001 graduate of Columbus High School in Columbus, Ga., and a 2005 graduate of the University of Pennsylvania Wharton School of Business in Philadelphia. A reception was held at Wente Vineyard in Livermore. Following a trip to Jamaica, the couple is home in San Jose.
